eCommerce Store — Built, Launched and Maintained using Shopify Plus

Blade-Tech Industries, based in the Cleveland metropolitan area, is a global manufacturer of carry gear for civilian, military, and law enforcement markets. The company requested a redesign of their eCommerce store utilizing Shopify Plus to increase website traffic and improve the navigation experience for visitors. The website was slow to load and bogged down by plugins, banners, and unwanted code. Blade-Tech wanted its refreshed storefront to feel clean, decluttered, and easy to use with a design that puts the shopper's experience front and center.

the answer

Based on the company's objectives, I developed a custom-built solution based on an existing theme using custom coding with Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript. Designing the website for mobile devices first ensured the users' experience would be seamless on any device. I created a simple and intuitive navigation menu with custom icons. All necessary third-party apps were installed before launch, some of which required custom coding to function. In addition to building this website, I was responsible for launching and maintaining this eCommerce store.
